​The Purpose of the Co Clare PB&S Assn of NY:

• To unite fraternally natives of County Clare, Ireland and their descendants and to promote charitable, friendly and social causes among its members and other similarly qualified organizations.
• To cherish love for the Motherland, County Clare and Ireland; to encourage the study of Irish history and literature and all aspects of Irish culture; to enliven the spirit of Irish nationality and aid the Irish people in establishing a Republic for all Ireland. • To promote the study of United States history, to inspire love and devotion, fidelity and service to the United States of America and respect for its Constitution and laws; to encourage our members in their civic duties and increase their usefulness as American citizens in the affairs of our city, state and nation,    
• To encourage the recognition of the significant contributions made by those of Irish ancestry, in particular those from County Clare, to the United States of America and to encourage and promote the preservation of all relevant documents and artifacts.
• To provide financial support for charitable and educational activities which advance the previously stated goals of the Association.

The County Clare Association of NY is led by volunteers, leaders and members, who can trace their heritage via birth or marriage  to County Clare, Ireland and strive to promote the cultural, historical and economic county of their ancestry.
